Concerns over the housing crisis in Massachusetts are growing on Beacon Hill, and Cape Cod State Senator Julian Cyr says Cape Cod is “ground zero” of the crisis with a 24% increase in single family home prices in the past year, something he says that exacerbates the workforce issue.
Cyr says he’s hopeful more action can be taken this legislative session.
