Congressman Bill Keating is saying that President Biden made history in his joint address to congress last night.
Keating says Biden made a strong case for investing in free community college, as well as correcting unfair taxes, a broken immigration system and a lack of trust between communities and the police.
He also said Biden was the first president in history to have two women sitting behind him as the most powerful women in America and in direct line to the presidency.
