Senator Ed Markey is joining other democrats in introducing a bill that would expand the U.S. Supreme Court from nine to 13 justices.
Markey said the Supreme Court is "broken" and "out of balance" at the hands of republicans and the Trump administration.
The senator added that we have an "illegitimate" 6-3 conservative majority because republicans "stole" two seats.
