The Wampanoag tribe of Gay Head is appealing a Federal Appeals Court decision which will require them to obtain permits for a casino project on Martha’s Vineyard.
The MV Times reports the tribe is asking for a review from the full set of judges included in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
