The Eastham Select Board is forming a task force to examine the town's residential zoning bylaws.
The task force will be asked to analyze the effect on neighborhoods by businesses purchasing residential properties and then using the houses for commercial purposes.
The group will also look at possibly limiting the ability to merge residential lots to create larger homes.
Recommended changes are due to the select board prior to the Eastham town meeting in May of 2022.
Interested applicants must respond by January 29th.
