Cape Cod saw its first Coronavirus death reported in two weeks on Wednesday.
The death toll for the Cape this year is up to 175. Five new cases were reported in Barnstable County to reach 1,837.
The total number of cases for Nantucket is up to 125, there was one new case reported yesterday.
In a weekly update, the state placed Barnstable, Bourne, Harwich and Sandwich in the "yellow" zone for Coronavirus risk; that's the second-highest risk category.
