State Education Department Urges Some Cape Schools To Reopen

The State Education Department is urging some Cape Cod school districts that are in low-risk Covid-19 communities to return to in-person learning. 

They are Bourne and Provincetown. 

State Education Commissioner Jeffrey Riley is requesting a timeline for the districts to make the switch. 

Sixteen communities and school districts across the bay state have been put on notice.
