A 33 year old Bourne man has been indicted by a federal grand jury on receiving and possession child porn.
Bryan Mileikis, according to the US Attorney Andrew Lelling was indicted on one count each.
He was arrested back in July in connection to a June 2019 case.
If convicted he could receive 5 to 20 years in prison and a 250 thousand dollar fine.
No court information has been released.
