A Coast Guard Petty Officer stationed in Woods Hole has been charged with firing a gun near a couple of men during a dispute in Fairhaven.
According to the Coast Guard, 23-year-old Sean Reilly, who is from Alabama got in an argument with a couple of men and then shot in their direction.
There were no injuries.
Officials say Reilly was arraigned in District Court but officials aren’t providing any other information.
