Looks like the Cape and Islands Realtors had a record breaking month in June.
Officials say that the number of homes that have pending sales reached an all time high during the month with 781 homes and condos.
Realtors look at that figure as a key to showing future activity as well.
Officials say that there is a lot of buyer demand and historically low levels of available homes on the market.
Median Prices more than 445-thousand dollars over the first six months of the year.
For condos its about 326-thousand dollars according to the report.
