Cathy Ann Viveiros is a city administrator in Fall River; former Bourne Town Administrator Thomas Guerino -- Kenneth Gray, a former mayor of Amesbury and the current Harwich town administrator-- Joseph Powers.
Guerino is currently negotiating a contract in Hadley to become the western Massachusetts community's administrator.
