Harwich head-on crash sends two people to Cape Cod Hospital.
Route 39 near Depot Road---officials say it happened just before 4:30 yesterday afternoon.
Four vehicles involved. A dump truck and one of the cars collided head on.
Officials say the other two cars sustained minor damage.
That accident remains under investigation as well.
