In Yarmouth, the state Alcohol Beverage Control Commission have cited a local bar owner for being open during the pandemic.
Yarmouth officials allowed local businesses to decide whether they wanted to be open or not, understanding that the state could have a different view. And, that is what happened.
The State is not naming the business though.
All throughout the pandemic, there have been a handful of businesses that have tried to reopen. But all of them were closed by either or state of local order.
