Another step closer to a replacement for the Bourne and Sagamore Bridges.
When the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee passed wide ranging bill, they also approved a provision that expedited the replacement of both bridges.
The bill calls on the US Army Corps of Engineers to provide priority funding.
Both bridges are owned by the Army Corps.
