We are starting to see some aspects of the economy reopen.
On Martha’s Vineyard, it looks like five of the six communities there are going to allow construction projects to resume under strict guidelines.
Under the guidelines, a construction crew could restart but with only two workers regardless of trade.
And, social distancing would have to be maintained throughout.
