A public hearing in Orleans is set for today at 2 on changes to the town’s Solid Waste Management plan.
The controversial item would create a 140 dollar yearly sticker fee. That would include everyone. Landlords, refuse haulers and the average resident.
Officials are also considering mandates for bags to be tied are among the proposed changes.
