The Wampanoag Indian Tribe says it will continue to appeal the decision of the appeals court that has ruled that since the tribe was not under federal jurisdiction of the 1934 Indian Reorganization Act, it could not have land be placed in trust for it.
The tribe continues to battle with some residents in the Taunton area in the tribes push for a casino.
More appeals are expected.
