One of the investment groups behind the Vineyard Wind Project says that the company is now well positioned for the 2023 opening of the facility.
James Torgerson, the CEO of Avangrid, says that the final decisions from the fed are expected by December of this year and the Vineyard Wind facility should be ready to go in 2023.
