A 46 year old Brewster man faces a battery of charges after allegedly stealing a pickup truck with a trailer attached on the Cranberry Highway - then rammed the gates of the Onset Water Department then a fire hydrant.
The driver then fled.
Noah Pond is accused of stealing the vehicle, reckless operation of a vehicle and resisting arrest.
