Latest Cape Housing Numbers

The Cape and Islands Association of Realtors out with a new housing report. It says that median prices rose by two and a half percent Cape-wide to more than 410 thousand dollars. 

Truro, Provincetown and Dennis posted the largest increases.

The report also says that the inventories of homes in every community decreased. The report says that it is a sellers market. 

The report was released after the governor spoke to the Boston Chamber of Commerce.

But the Governor talking about housing numbers in general said that he didn’t mind that the state was number one in education and job creation, but hated the fact that the state was also number one in the most expensive housing in the nation.
