We haven't seen anything on paper yet but State Senator Julian Cyr says he has a lot of ideas about the opioid crisis.
The Senator is back from a convention in Texas. He says he believes there are state level approaches that he says will save lives.
The Senator isn't out with any specifics yet but he does hint that tougher regulation of stimulants and other methamphetamine may be an answer.
