Today is the day. The state senate is expected to begin debate on climate change bills.
The bills would among other things seek to maintain a zero carbon goal by 2030.
Other bills would create a transition for electric cars and buses. Another would set tougher standards of home appliances.
State Senators say that the Zero Emission Bill is the most important of the trio.
