A pre-trial hearing is set for December 20th for a 29 year old Hyannis man accused of domestic assault.
Brett Geddis, according to police is charged with assaulting a woman inside of his home.
The woman was able to get away and report the incident.
Geddis is free on 2 thousand dollars bail.
