The median price for a home on The Cape is just under 440 thousand dollars for a single family home and just under 300 thousand dollars for a condo.
Officials at The Cape Cod and Islands Association of Realtors say single family homes lost about three percent while condos lost about 5%.
Officials say that they are seeing more condos hit the market. And, they say the low interest rates aren’t spiking sales any.
Officials say they are seeing some of the market indicators of the past level off.
