A 39 year old Falmouth man has been arraigned on charges of Murder and Assault and Battery in connection with the shooting death of a man in Hyannis in October.
DA Michael O'Keefe says William Hayes was captured in Mississippi earlier this month.
About all the DA has said is that the victim, Darrell Russ died after being shot three times. There has been no motive revealed.
A show cause hearing has been set for early next year.
Until then Hayes is being held without the right to bail after pleading not guilty in District Court.
