A 33 year old man from South Yarmouth remains held without bail on after pleading not guilty to a series of new charges against him.
Dimitar Daskalov was being held on charges of assault on a pregnant woman.
Now he is also charged with striking a child in the head with a Playstation 4 Controller....as well as kicking a ten year old dog multiple times.
He again is being held without the right to bail on the new charges and has been ordered back to court on October 29th for another hearing.
