Cape Cod Hospital says a formal ground breaking is slated for this fall, but they are now announcing a massive $180 million expansion. Officials say the six story state-of-the-art facility will cater to cardiovascular patients as well as serve surgical, trauma and oncology services.The facility will be built right opposite the Mugar Bed Tower.Cape Cod Hospital President Michael Lauf says that there will be improved traffic patterns and better traffic patterns as well.
