The Nuclear Regulatory Commission says that it will wait for five days before officially approving the license transfer of the Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station from Entergy to Holtec. The NRC says that its announcement does not supersede hearings that are set by the State Attorney General. Senator Ed Markey has already slammed the process as moving to quickly.
