It looks like they are off to a good start in Falmouth where the long delayed Housing Project underway. 40 units on Spring Bars Road.
More than half of the units will go to families with incomes of less than 55-thousand dollars.
Another third will go to families with yearly incomes of less than 30 grand a year.
The project was talked about in 2006. It is expected to open sometime next year.
