The Brewster Housing Authority getting just short of 600-thousand dollars for the replacement of siding and for insulation upgrades.
They will install new boilers at the facility which was built back in 1988.
The Housing and Economic Development officials hoping that the improvements will lower energy costs by about 20 percent.
