Barnstable Police say a woman has been arrested on charges of allegedly spray painting a homeless person and then taking that person’s wheelchair and throwing it over a fence.
It Happened on Ocean Street last night. Police are still investigating. They promise more details later.
It is unclear whether the woman in the wheelchair was injured or not.
