The attorney for the man who has accused actor Kevin Spacey of sexual assault says today his client cannot find a cell phone sought as evidence.
Spacey is accused of groping the then 18-year-old in a Nantucket bar three years ago.
Defense lawyers argue text messages on the phone would support Spacey's plea of innocence. They want the judge to throw the entire case out against the actor.
No word on when the judge may rule. The actor did not appear in court.
