A 65-year-old Yarmouth Port man has been sentenced to a month in jail and two years of probation after that for selling Fentanyl outside of the methadone clinic.
Richard Cincotta pleaded guilty to possession charges and also agreed to forfeit more than 2 grand in suspected drug revenues.
