This year's Provincetown Film Festival has wrapped up. Actress Jillian Bell's new film, Brittany Runs a Marathon, opened up the festival last Wednesday and she received the Next Wave Award on Friday, which the film festival says is for someone with a passionate commitment to independent film. Former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe was the festival's keynote speaker yesterday.
