The Upper Cape area will see a Mobile Needle Exchange Program. That program will be operated by the Aids Support Group of Cape Cod.
Officials made the announcement in Falmouth last night.
The program will provide testing for Hepatitis, STD's and HIV.
Also last night the Cape State Delegation is pushing for certification of sober homes-because there is no real firm number as to how many such homes there are.
