The Judge in the Kevin Spacey groping case has ruled that the accuser must turn over his cellphone to prosecutors by June 21st.
The judge also ordered the mother of the accuser to appear as well.
Spacey has pleaded not guilty to all charges. The Attorney for the alleged victim in the case is not commenting.
