Not guilty pleas were entered for two men from Hyannis in connection to a fight at the Cape Cod Mall.
32-year-old Darrel Russ is accused of stabbing the victim with a fork in October of last year. Brandon Simpkins pleaded not guilty to lesser charges.
Pretrial conference is set for the middle of July.
