A 33-year-old East Falmouth man is being held in lieu of 50-thousand dollars bail on charges that he was stalking a woman.
The judge deciding to grant bail despite pleas from prosecutors that Barrett McVey should be considered dangerous and held without bail.
If he does make bail, the judge ordered him on House Arrest. Pretrial conference set for July 8th.
