A Superior Court Judge will allow the legal team for Thomas Latanowich, the man accused of killing Sergeant Sean Gannon, to get interdepartmental memos and other materials from local police departments.
Attorney Joseph Krowski says he will show the court that it is impossible for his client to get a fair trial and it should be moved to a different county.
Krowski says everyone petitioned for information has complied with the records request except Bourne.
Bourne Police aren’t saying why.
