Brewster State Rep Tim Whelan says he has had enough of the trash in his district.
He has filed a measure that would increase fines for illegal dumping. The Brewster Republican says some of the fines would increase 2 thousand percent.
Whelan says much of the problem comes from improperly covered trash trucks.
The State Representative gave his thoughts on the Ed Lambert Show Wednesday morning.
