New housing numbers out. In Barnstable County fewer homes were sold---down about 1 percent but the median price of those homes has increased by more than 3 percent to more than 395 thousand dollars.
Suffolk County still has the most expensive homes with a median price of 545 thousand. Hampden County, that’s western end of the state the cheapest at 189 thousand.
Harwich saw a 15 percent increase in sales. Provincetown was down. Sandwich up by 14% while, Wareham saw an increase in sale in the latest Warren Group report.
