NOAA is selecting the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution to host a research and education group. WHOI will host the Cooperative Institute for the North Atlantic Region for a five-year period. Organizations that are a part of that have established programs that are relevant to the NOAA mission. UMass-Dartmouth is one of the partners.
