Harwich Town Meeting passes a limited ban on single use plastic beverage bottles. It is affecting only town property though.
You will recall there is already a ban on plastic bags.
The Town Meeting also voted to rescind a previous town meeting vote that created a pet cemetery.
The land goes back to the town and then selectmen will determine whether there is a better use.
