Dylan Fernandes says he is hopeful that more than $225-thousand dollars worth of local aid will make it past the anticipated Conference Committee negotiations.
The State Rep from Barnstable and Nantucket says that the Transportation Access Program helps with the cost of travel for people who need medical care or who are in substance abuse programs off the island.
