We're still waiting on word as to whether a 79 year old woman driver from Brewster will be charged criminally in connection with an accident in which a woman from Rockport was killed.
Prosecutors have declined to name the woman since there are no charges officially. The accident on I-95 at exit 8 in Sharon killed a woman from Rockport and her dog back in January.
