The former executive director of the Harwich Chamber of Commerce is being accused of embezzlement. Jeremy Gingras pleaded not guilty to two counts of felony larceny in Orleans District Court on Tuesday. Gingras allegedly stole at least 37-thousand dollars from funds from the chamber and its charitable foundation before he was fired in 2017.
