Bourne Police say a paraglider needed to be rescued Saturday afternoon after getting stuck in the cliffs off of Hillside Avenue along Sagamore Beach.
Bourne firefighters under the command of Fire Chief Norman Sylvester, had assistance from Bourne PD, Sandwich Fire, Plymouth Fire, and the Barnstable County Tech Rescue Team.
The victim was taken to Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Plymouth with injuries not believed to be life-threatening.
