Four people have been arrested and 40 grams of Fentanyl and other drugs have been taken off the street following the execution of a search warrant in Wareham.
Wareham Police, on Tuesday, along with Bourne Police and Mass State Troopers raided Apartment 52 at the Woods at Wareham complex following an extensive joint investigation and recovered 40 grams of Fentanyl, digital scales, cash, and other illegal narcotics. Four people were placed under arrest and taken to Wareham PD Headquarters. They are expected to appear in Wareham District Court today.
Arrested were Isaiah Lopes, 27, of 48 Woods at Wareham, Apartment 52. He is charged with possession of a Class “A” substance with intent to distribute, subsequent offense.
Jules Tavares, 26, of 206 Hathaway Street in Wareham, charged with trafficking in Fentanyl.
Malcom Colson, 62, of 48 Woods at Wareham, Apartment 52, charged with possession of a Class “A” substance with intent to distribute, subsequent offense.
Timothy Harper Jr., 21, of 27 Heather Hill Road, Buzzards Bay, who was placed into custody on a separate warrant during the raid.
