Nearly 250 lawmakers from coastal states, including Massachusetts, have announced a collaborative effort to see the plan never gets off the ground.
Cape and Islands State Rep. Dylan Fernandes has joined legislators from more than a half-dozen other states to announce initiatives in each state to block offshore drilling now and going forward.
Fernandes called the Trump Administration plan reckless.
