State Reports Widespread Flu Activity
12/30/18 Massachusetts is one of six states in the country currently reporting widespread flu activity.
However, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention says this year's flu season is tracking on par with other seasons.
State residents are urged to get a flu shot if they have not received one already.
The vaccine is expected to be effective against this year's flu strain.
